Repair Charge
By contents of an information of the trouble from the customer, we expect repair. We calculate the charges for 4,500 yen per hour in the actual working (1 unit = 30min as a basic rate and minimum is 2 units).

For example,
( Y 4,500 x Estimated Repair hour) + Parts cost + Tax
= Estimated billing amount.
Whenever we predict a computer trouble cause based on your information, but, we often find a real trouble cause at the stage that we begin repair it, there is the difference between formerly given information and our look.
In such case, the repair price increases or decreases hereby. Needless to say, in case of repair contents are different against our prediction by the original information, we are going to report you about it and ask about your instructions at the cost changed. We IIT are always keeping carefulness efficient job, thoroughness and effort to do minimization your economic burden in mind.

Note:
The part will not be billed if no part requiring for exchange.
Both costs for the part and the maintenance are varied by the computer model.
Some parts may not be supplied by the model.
The work charge mentioned above may be changed without a notice.
Charge For The Recovery Corrupted Data
We will not adding any charge after the estimated rate was noticed.
Because the charge is a ratio of success of data recovery, the charge is to be decided by it.
Therefor, IIT will calculate the charge based on the percentage of the recovered data only.
You can check through a display of the list of restoration completed data.
In addition, the charge of the data recovery is calculating based on the disk capacity, the degree of technical difficulty, and its estimated require time.

Note :
The charge can be used to recovered data files deleted from USB flash drives, the memory card, floppy disk at the rate mentioned above.
Repair Period
It varies according to the maker, the model, the trouble situation. Depending on some parts, its arrival may take the days.
We can inform you of date of the estimated completion.
The periods of repair are generally as listed below.
